Teacher - Brendan Tucker
Brendan is a qualified 500hr Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Meditation Therapist and Holistic Coach, but his teaching experience arises from his own experience. Having used Yoga and Meditation to overcome drug addiction and depression, his self-analysis and growth has brought him profound insights into the transformational potential of Yoga and presents this knowledge and experience in his compassionate teachings.
Description of Hatha Yoga: Moving your body first thing in the morning sets your intention for the day and when you can do it mindfully with your breath, the presence will carry through your day. Experience traditional Hatha postures and movements, breathing exercises and a short meditation to start your day.
